Mark sees patients at his private office in Tampa on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Appointments are generally scheduled during the daytime hours, though some limited evening hours may be available. Telephone and online therapy are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Formal consultation or psychotherapy can occur if you are located in Florida. For out-of-state residents, Mark can provide expert informal consultation or offer a second opinion on psychiatric diagnosis and recommended course of treatment.

Please note that Mark does not accept insurance. For patients using out-of-network benefits, statements can be provided. The fee for 45-minute psychotherapy is $200. In the psychoanalytic tradition, patients are charged the full fee for missed appointments.
